Joi provides an online platform for trade mark assessment and filing services in Australia. We assist users in preparing and filing trade mark applications with IP Australia. While we provide tools and information to assist you, we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Fees for our services are displayed on our website and are subject to change. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of submitting your application or request.
The content, design, and technology of the Joi platform are owned by Inventico Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventico Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
