Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Joi, we strive to provide high-quality trade mark services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please be aware that refunds for our services are at our sole discretion.

2. Government Fees

Many of our services involve payments to government bodies (e.g., IP Australia). Once these fees have been paid on your behalf, they are generally non-refundable by the government body and therefore cannot be refunded by us.

3. Service Fees

Refunds for our service fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Factors we may consider include:

  • Whether work has commenced on your application
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any errors or omissions on our part

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing with your application details and the reason for your request.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
